Help women grow and lead in product

Women In Product is raising funds to expand access to conference scholarships, mentorship, coaching, and professional development for women and nonbinary people in product management.

About this story

A career in product is shaped by more than technical knowledge. People also need opportunities to learn from experienced leaders, build professional relationships, develop confidence, and see a path toward their next role.

Women In Product creates those opportunities for women and nonbinary product professionals. Through its annual conference and year-round community programs, participants can connect with peers, strengthen leadership skills, receive mentorship, and access practical career resources.

Over the years, the organization has helped thousands of product managers grow their careers and contribute their perspectives to the products that shape everyday life. This campaign supports the scholarships and community programming that make those experiences accessible to more people.

Why this support matters

Access to a strong professional community can influence whether someone feels prepared to pursue leadership, ask for guidance, or remain in a field where they may still be underrepresented.

Conference scholarships can open the door to learning and connection. Coaching and mentorship offer support beyond a single event. Workshops, peer circles, and community resources help participants continue building skills throughout their careers.

Each donation helps Women In Product continue creating pathways for women and nonbinary people to learn, lead, and shape the future of product.
